I bought a chain saw the clerk made a suggestion which was great I told him I never had one before I bought it you think he might say something about the chain oil he did give me the 40 to 1 mix for the gas after I asked about it

The guy mark was great ,it was the computer and everyone above him that sucked.mark new his product and explained everything in professional manner. But when I am told one thing from the manager s above Mark and I leave ,stopped when I get to my truck to leave ,then summon back into the store and undo what I was told ..I am still considering canceling my 4000.00 appliance order. NO FAULT Of MARK
