I arrived a five minutes late for my appointment, called apologized and let them know I'd be late. Stood in line to check in for 10 minutes. Watched the doctor (Witten) walk out the door and tell me I'd be seeing a different doctor. She was with another employee.. I said okay. Thinking there's nothing wrong with seeing another doctor.. Now I'm still in the waiting room.. my appointment time was 45 minutes ago. 4 other patients have been taken back. What is that? It clearly wasn't an emergency that my doctor had to leave for. Not okay.
If I could give them a 0, I would. Their night staff last night (minus the cleaning lady) was awful. They treated me so poor, I felt like a prisoner. I will never go back, even if my life depended on it.

i had outpatient surgery at the Wadsworth Rittman center. The staff was great and the facilities were very clean. I would highly recommend that if you need a surgery done that can be done there that you consider that surgery center. Also, I recommend Dr. Junko. I think he is the best foot and ankle surgeon in the area.
I went in for a routine blood test for my doctor and had no problems. Clean, efficient, minimal wait time.
