Best around. Selection is excellent with great seafood ( copper river salmon is amazing). Have had some bad experiences with the cheese lady but not enough to dock a star. If you're reading Giant eagle the lady in the cheese department needs an attitude adjustment...
Your competitor got my business today. Entire store empty refrigeration malfunction. Shocked theirs no redundancy to avoid this sort of problem.
Judy in customer service was awesome! I was trying to find out when I would get my $5.00 towards my grocerys because my mom had gotten a flu shot at another Giant Eagle. She went above the normal duties and called to find out what happened. She was on hold a long time and I had to go but she took my name and number to let me know what could be done. She called me about 10 minutes after I left and said she got it all taken care of and it would appear on my next visit. Thank you Judy for all your help ☺
Particularly good seafood selection. Staff members are attentive to our needs. Store is bright and clean.
It is a nice, clean store with a good selection. It is very frustrating that it is quite busy and they have only 2 manned registers opened. I don't mind checking out.and packing my own groceries when I don't have very much. But when I am spending a substantial amount I don't like it. In my experience, Giant Eagle generally has higher prices. I would hope that they would spend more money to serve their customers better.
